For the Chicken:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Pinch chili flakes
2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
For the Broccoli:
4 cups broccoli florets
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Garlic Sauce:
3 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1.Marinate chicken with seasonings for 30 minutes.
2.Roast broccoli at 425°F for 15–20 minutes.
3.Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked.
4.Melt butter and sauté garlic.
5.Whisk in flour and milk until thickened.
6.Stir in yogurt and Parmesan.
7.Slice chicken.
8.Assemble bowls with rice, broccoli, chicken, and sauce.
Use chicken thighs for extra juiciness.
Add more garlic for a stronger flavor.
Store components separately for best freshness.
Quinoa or rice both work well as the base.
