A hearty, effortless one-pot meal featuring tender chicken and soft potatoes cooked in a tangy, smoky BBQ sauce.

2 lbs. chicken breasts or thighs

1 lb. baby potatoes, halved

1 cup BBQ sauce

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1.Place halved potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.

2.Season potatoes with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.

3.Lay chicken on top of the potatoes.

4.Whisk BBQ sauce and chicken broth together.

5.Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and potatoes.

6.Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours until tender.

Notes

Ensure potatoes are cut into uniform pieces.

Bone-in chicken thighs provide extra flavor.

Check for doneness with a meat thermometer (165°F).

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
