4 boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1 packet onion soup mix
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon cornstarch + 1 tablespoon water
1. Whisk cream of chicken soup, broth, onion soup mix, garlic powder, and pepper in a bowl.
2. Place chicken in the slow cooker and pour the gravy mixture over the top.
3. Add butter on top for extra richness.
4. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2 1/2–3 hours.
