2 lb chicken wings
1 tbsp cornstarch
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Ranch dressing for serving
Blue cheese dressing for serving
1. Pat wings dry and toss with cornstarch.
2. Arrange on baking sheet.
3. Bake at 425°F for 40 minutes, flipping halfway.
4. Mix butter, Parmesan, seasonings, and parsley.
5. Toss wings in sauce.
6. Bake 10–15 minutes more.
7. Broil briefly if desired.
8. Serve with ranch or blue cheese.
